Drama
HAPA's drama program has been developed by experienced and qualified theatre makers and incorporates various theatrical styles. As a result the HAPA drama student is versatile, knowledgeable and confident.
The drama teachers at HAPA understand the importance of self expression and self exploration and create an atmosphere of openness and acceptance in their classes.
Whether a student is looking towards a professional career in acting or is simply looking for a way to bolster their confident, Drama at HAPA is the way to go!
Vocal Ensemble
In groups, students learn vocal techniques to develope their skills as both a solo and ensemble singer. A substantial emphasis is placed on group harmonies and group dynamics. A wide range of song styles are explored.
Pop Group
Pop Group classes are for singers/performers who show potential in contemporary vocal performance. Acceptance into the class is by audition only. Members of each group are carefully selected to ensure the vocals and performance styles compliment each other. Whilst the emphasis of the group is on vocal techniques, performers also learn stage  pressence and dance/movement to enhance the songs. The groups perform at various events throughout the year as well as appropriate competitions.
