Summer Dance Boot Camp
Monday 23rd Jan ~ Thursday 26th Jan
The boot camp is designed to get you back into dancing shape after the holiday break. Dust the cobwebs off your dance shoes, stretch out the muscles after all those sleep ins, and dance away the Christmas Pudding!
Boot Camp is great for dancers of all levels and styles, but is especially important for dancers who aim to work at a high level during 2012, whether that be in comp, exams or simply to take your dancing up a notch in 2012.
     * Junior Boot Camp (ages 5-13years) 9am-12noon each day @ Junior Campus, 39 Military Rd, Avondale Heights
     * Senior Boot Camp (11years & Up) 1pm-4pm @ Senior Campus, 4/34 Marshall Rd Airport West

• Day 1 = Finding Your Centre Again (Strength & Conditioning; Ballet; Turns Class; Pointe& Footwork Snrs only)
• Day 2 = Move It! Move It! (Contemporary; Jazz; Jumps Class; Cheerleading optional extra)
• Day 3 = Recovery Day (Pilates; Stretching; Technique Jnrs only; Lyrical Snrs only; Ballet optional extra)
• Day 4 = Strength & Stamina (Zumba; Kicks, Jumps, Turns & Tricks)

  * Free classes running all day in ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, cheer & tap.
  * A great chance to see all your HAPA friends again
