Important Notes on Re-Enrolment
Please read before re-enrolling
* Re-Enrolment is compulsory for all returning HAPA Students.
* Re-Enrolment must be recieved by Jan 22nd 2010. Late enrolments will incur a late fee on top of the applicable re-enrolment fee.
* Only the re-enrolling student or their legal parent or guardian can complete this re-enrolment form.
* Only one person per re-enrolment form.
* Re-enrolment is not confirmed until a member of HAPA administration contacts you to confirm and your registration fee is received and processed.
* Re-enrolment does not apply to new students or students who are returning after an absence of more than 2 terms. If this applies to you, please proceed to the Enrolments page.
* If you need to change your personal or contact details at any time throughout the year, you will need to complete a Change of Details form which is available from the FORMS page.
To re-enrol:
use the Recommendations on the Report Summary and the 2010 Timetable that you were given, to enrol in classes for 2010.
Complete the Re-Enrolment Form below
Submit your registration fee.
You will receive a confirmation email once your online re-enrolment and you registration fee has been received.
You will also be sent a copy of the 2010 Course Handbook via email. Please note this will be a PDF document. You will require a PDF reader such as Adobe in order to read the Handbook.
Print off and sign the Declaration Form on the last page of the Handbook. A legal guardian or the student (if 18 years or older) will need to sign.
Bring the Declaration Form with you to either Open Day or your first class for 2010.
