**Terms & Conditions**   1. **Scope of Services:**    Haywood Productions ("the Company") provides audio, lighting, and video streaming services for weddings and events held at Sacred Heart Cultural Center in Augusta, GA. These services include but are not limited to equipment rental, setup, operation, and technical support.   2. **Booking and Payment:**    Clients must confirm bookings with a non-refundable deposit. Full payment is required prior to the event date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed-upon rate.   3. **Cancellations and Refunds:**    Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Refunds for cancellations made prior to 30 days will be subject to the Company's discretion. In the event of cancellation by the Company due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be provided.   4. **Liability:**    While the Company takes every precaution to ensure the safety and security of its equipment and personnel, clients are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the event. The Company is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses suffered by clients or guests during the event.   5. **Client Responsibilities:**    Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses required for the event. They must also provide accurate information regarding venue specifications, setup requirements, and technical needs. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or disruptions to the service.   6. **Force Majeure:**    The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, or equipment failure.   7. **Indemnification:**    Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to the event, including but not limited to legal fees and costs.   8. **Governing Law:**    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Augusta-Richmond County.   By booking our services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

**Cancellation and Refund Policy**   1. **Cancellation by Client:**    Clients may cancel their booking by providing written notice to Haywood Productions ("the Company"). Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.   2. **Cancellation within 30 Days:**    Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date may result in forfeiture of the deposit and any additional payments made. Refunds for cancellations within this period are subject to the Company's discretion.   3. **Cancellation by the Company:**    In the rare event that the Company is unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure or personnel unavailability, clients will be offered a full refund of any payments made or alternative arrangements, at their discretion.   4. **Refund Processing:**    Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request and will be issued via the original payment method used for the booking. Any applicable fees or charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.   5. **Non-refundable Deposit:**    A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit covers the administrative costs associated with processing the booking and securing the Company's services for the specified date and time.   6. **Changes to Booking:**    Clients may request changes to their booking, such as rescheduling the event date or modifying the services requested, subject to availability and approval by the Company. Additional charges may apply for changes made to the original booking.   7. **Communication of Cancellation:**    All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Company's designated contact person. Verbal or informal cancellations will not be accepted or processed.   8. **Refund Disputes:**    Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will be handled in accordance with the Company's dispute resolution process, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.   By booking our services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
